Recovery

Still no electricity here at Yule Log Central, but early this morning I got the garage “hot wired” to run off generator power. All orders were cut, drilled, and packed this morning and will be going out with this afternoon’s pick up. Our brave women of the Brownfield Maine mail route are still in action and able to pick up and deliver.

We weren’t “late” on any orders, but didn’t want anyone to see the holiday without a Yule Log.

We have fared the storm well, no real damage. Just no electricity and we have to flush with buckets from rain collection. We are thankful to have a generator, heat, and food…. and of course, Tuka the Wonder Dog.
